Refund and cancellation policy

After a booking request is confirmed, the guest must pay the deposit within seven working days. The reservation request is considered invalid if the supposed payment is not made on time.

For the reservations, a 25% deposit of the total is required. The remaining balance must be paid within 21 days of the arrival date.A copy of the remittance confirmation / NEFT / IMPS copy along with the payment details should be sent to our Email: reservation@thetourist360.com

Payment details should indicate the invoice numbers for which the payment was settled. Payments are to be on the face value of the invoice, and all bank charges are to be absorbed by you.

Please take note that guests are recommended to check the resort's specific cancellation and amendment policy before making bookings there. Make sure you are aware of the different cancellation and amendment policies that each resort has by consulting with your travel agent.
